What does HexaLab do?
HexaLab (Hexalab SRL, Satu Mare) digitizes the processes of companies and public institutions. We offer process analysis and digitization, custom software and integrations, automation and AI, IT infrastructure and technical support, plus two products of our own: hDOC for public administration and POMe for hospitals and clinics.
What kinds of organizations do you work with?
With public institutions (city halls and other authorities), with healthcare providers (public hospitals, private clinics and practices) and with companies, from SMEs to large organizations.
What is hDOC?
hDOC is the HexaLab platform for document management in public administration: registry, workflows and approvals, reports and traceability, plus a public portal through which citizens submit reports and requests online.
What is POMe?
POMe is the HexaLab online medical appointment system for hospitals and clinics: web and mobile booking, automatic SMS and e-mail notifications, call center integration, reports and statistics. It runs in the cloud, with no dedicated server.
Where are you based and which areas do you cover?
HexaLab is based in Satu Mare, at Piața Libertății 22. We work with organizations in Satu Mare county and other counties, and a large part of implementation and support can be delivered remotely.
Are you just an IT equipment supplier?
No. We supply and integrate equipment and licenses from established brands, but our main role is that of a digitization partner: we analyze processes, build or integrate software, automate workflows and provide long-term support.
