Who processes the data

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you send us: name, organization, e-mail address, phone number, subject and the content of your message.

Why we use it

• to answer your request and, where asked, to send you an offer (steps taken prior to entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Applications and recruitment

Through the form on the Careers page we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, city, the role you are applying for, your level of experience, links to professional profiles, the CV you upload and the message you send. We use them exclusively for the recruitment process, on the basis of your consent, and keep them for at most 12 months from our last communication, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the e-mail address below.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as necessary to answer the request and for any resulting contractual relationship, but no longer than 2 years from the last communication, except where the law requires otherwise.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It can be accessed only by the providers that supply our hosting and e-mail services, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Cookies

The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies and includes no third-party tracking scripts.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
