Where does a digitization project start?
With an analysis of existing processes: we talk to the people who carry them out, document the steps and identify where time is lost. The result is a roadmap with priorities, estimates and implementation options.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
Not necessarily. Often the best solution is to integrate existing systems and digitize only the missing steps. We recommend replacement only where it brings a clear gain.
