Software developer
We are looking for developers who want to build applications that are genuinely useful for public administration, healthcare and companies. You will work on our own products, internal applications, portals, integrations and automation that simplify real processes.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain web applications and software modules.
- Work on products such as hDOC and POMe.
- Implement features for workflows, documents, appointments, notifications and reports.
- Integrate applications with existing systems.
- Work with the technical team on stable, scalable solutions.
What we are looking for
- Experience in web, backend or frontend development.
- An understanding of databases and APIs.
- Structured thinking and attention to detail.
- A willingness to understand the client’s processes, not just the code.
- The ability to work in a team.
DevOps / System administrator
We are looking for a technical, fast and organized person who can administer servers, services, cloud environments, backup, monitoring and critical infrastructure for HexaLab clients.
What you will do
- Install, configure and administer Linux and Windows servers.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, virtualization, backup and monitoring.
- Take part in implementations for public and private clients.
- Define and document technical procedures.
- Resolve incidents and optimize system performance.
- Work with the development, networking and support teams.
What we are looking for
- Experience with Linux, servers, networking and web services.
- Knowledge of virtualization, backup, security and monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Practical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD or cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
IT technician / Service engineer
We are looking for IT technicians for support, installation, configuration and hardware and software maintenance at client sites. The role suits practical, mobile people who solve technical problems in the field or remotely.
What you will do
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Install and configure computers, printers, network equipment, servers and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Take part in preventive maintenance and planned interventions.
- Document interventions and communicate clearly with clients.
- Take part in projects within the HexaLab national service network.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in IT support or service.
- Knowledge of hardware, software and basic networking.
- A category B driving license.
- Availability to travel.
- A serious attitude, good communication and a desire to learn.
Network administrator / Network engineer
We are looking for a networking specialist to design, configure, monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi and firewall infrastructures for public and private clients.
What you will do
- Configure and administer LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Work with Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti or similar equipment.
- Implement security policies, firewalls and network segmentation.
- Monitor infrastructure availability and performance.
- Resolve connectivity incidents.
- Take part in infrastructure projects, from analysis to implementation.
What we are looking for
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience configuring equipment.
- Knowledge of Linux is an advantage.
- CCNA, CCNP or similar certifications are an advantage.
Public procurement specialist / SEAP bidding
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to follow opportunities on SEAP, coordinate bidding documentation and turn HexaLab’s technical solutions into clear, complete and competitive proposals.
What you will do
- Monitor SEAP and identify relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender specifications for IT, digitization, infrastructure or software projects.
- Coordinate the preparation of participation documents.
- Work with the technical teams on compliant proposals.
- Prepare clarifications and replies to contracting authorities.
- Track deadlines and the status of procedures.
What we are looking for
- Experience with SEAP and public procurement.
- Knowledge of the relevant legislation, including Law 98/2016.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- The ability to understand technical documentation.
- Clear communication with technical teams and public institutions.
