What does NBD maintenance mean?
NBD (next business day) means the intervention takes place on the business day after the issue is reported. The service level is set by contract, according to the locations and the equipment covered.
How does the partner network work?
On-site work is carried out by selected local partners, while coordination, reporting and the client relationship stay with HexaLab. That gives you a single point of contact for all your locations.
